RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Deznuda, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and confidence with every piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.

 

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

       Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

       Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, fake tan, or any marks.

       All original tags, hygiene seals, packaging, and the Deznuda security ribbon tag must remain fully intact and attached.

The security ribbon tag is a tamper-evident feature designed to protect the integrity of our garments. If this ribbon has been removed, damaged, cut, or altered in any way, the return will be automatically declined.

Deznuda reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

       Sale or discounted items (including items purchased during promotional events)

       Gift cards

       Swimwear

       Intimate apparel

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate garments cannot be returned under any circumstances.

All sale purchases are final. Please ensure you are confident in your selection before completing your purchase.

 

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, you must email returns@deznuda.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

       Your full name

       Order number

       Item(s) you wish to return

       Reason for return (optional but appreciated)

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

4. Return Shipping

       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

       We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Deznuda is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

       All returns must include the original order summary document.

5. Refund Processing

       Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

       Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

       If a returned item does not meet our return criteria, the refund may be declined and the item returned to you.

 

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact returns@deznuda.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will cover return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
