Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public bank holidays).
  • All orders placed before 2 PM GMT Monday–Friday will be processed on the same day, provided all security checks are completed.
  • If additional security checks are required, order processing may take longer, depending on when the requested information is received.
  • During high-demand periods, such as festive seasons and bank holidays, processing times may extend up to 2 working days.

UK Delivery

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure timely delivery:

  • Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (Saturday Guarantee)

Working Days: Monday to Friday, unless you’ve selected Saturday Guaranteed Delivery.

  • Saturday Guaranteed Delivery is marked with a yellow sticker on the package for priority handling.

Important Note:
Some businesses and locations may not accept Saturday deliveries, including:

  • Banks
  • Building societies
  • Travel agents
  • Jewelers
  • Post Office® branches
  • Herm, Sark, and Alderney

If no one is available to receive the delivery, your shipping provider will leave a notice card with instructions to collect your package at the nearest depot.

Public Bank Holidays

  • There will be no Royal Mail deliveries on public bank holidays.
  • For guaranteed Saturday delivery over bank holiday weekends (e.g., Easter), orders must be placed by 3 PM on the preceding Thursday.

Taxes & Duties

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for any taxes and duties required by your destination country. These charges vary by region, and Deznuda is not liable for additional costs.
  • Please check with your local customs authority to calculate applicable fees before placing an order.

If a package is refused:

  • Customers will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any incurred import fees, and the cost of returning the package to Deznuda.
  • These costs will be deducted from your refund once the package is returned to our warehouse.

Helpful Tips for Smooth Delivery

  • Double-Check Your Address: Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
  • Delivery Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking, and a signature is required upon delivery. If you won’t be available at your delivery address, consider using an alternative (e.g., work address).
  • Delivery Timelines: Delivery estimates begin once the order has been processed and shipped, which may take up to 24 hours depending on when the order is placed.

Important Information

  1. Customs Delays: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures. We have no control over these delays and are not liable for them.
  2. Lost or Damaged Parcels:
    • If a courier is instructed to leave your package unattended and it is lost or damaged, Deznuda cannot be held responsible.

    • Customers must report any delivery problems or loss within 14 days from dispatch. Reports made after 14 days may not be investigated or compensated.
